Payment Methods

For purchases through www.beautybrands.gr you can choose between the following payment methods:

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

The payment of the order is made upon delivery by the employee of the partner courier company (ACS Courier) in cash.

Otherwise, it can be paid by credit or debit card on collection from the courier company’s premises.

The cash on delivery service is charged at 1,90€.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, etc. are accepted.

PAYMENT BY BANK DEPOSIT

Deposit the amount corresponding to the order you have just placed in our bank account.

When depositing the money in the bank, give the “order number” and your full name as the reason for the transaction. Then send an email to info@beautybrands.gr

For your convenience, do not forget to include your name and order code in the reason for deposit and inform us at email: info@beautybrands.gr as soon as you complete the payment so that your order can be sent as soon as possible.

If we do not receive your payment within 3 days of the date you entered your order we will proceed to cancel and you will receive an email notification.

If you make a deposit beyond 3 days you can contact us to reset your order and send it to you.

Once we confirm your deposit, the process of completing the shipping of your order will follow.

Purchases over 500€

For purchases over 500€ there is no cash on delivery payment option. In these cases the transaction needs to be paid by deposit/transfer or credit/debit card.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
