Terms of Use, which the consumer is asked to accept in the context of distance transactions (indicatively: Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and in force).
The present website under the name beautybrands.gr has been created by the company with the following details: Oikismos Violi Haraki, Rethymnon, Tel: 2831051828, E-mail contact: info@swanbeautyspa.gr, for the remote online orders and interactive communication of visitors with the business.
The website www.beautybrands.gr is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet. It offers cosmetics, perfumes, beauty and food products for retail sale to internet users or to users navigating the website. The use of this site by any person for the purpose of visiting, purchasing or obtaining advice is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The user visiting the website acknowledges that he/she has read these terms and conditions, agrees to them and undertakes to comply with them, both in the context of the contract established by accepting them and in the context of his/her general obligation to comply with the law.
Make sure that you agree to the following terms and conditions, because your further use and browsing of the above website www.beautybrands.gr implies your express and unconditional consent and assent to them.
1. Terms
www.beautybrands.gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify unilaterally or renew these terms and conditions of the transactions made through its online store, according to its needs and commercial customs. www.beautybrands.gr undertakes to inform users of any modifications and any changes through the website of this e-shop.
2. Information provided & Products
www.beautybrands.gr is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided on its website, both in terms of the exact data presented and the services provided by its online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or interruptions in the operation of the website for reasons of force majeure.
The www.beautybrands.gr online store has an SSL security protocol with a key size of 2048 bits.
3. Limitation of liability
α) www.beautybrands.gr is not liable to customers / users for damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order (except in the cases of paragraph 9. “Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products”)).
b) It also reserves the right to the time of delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure. The online store cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of the end consumers of their unavailability.
c) The online store www.beautybrands.gr provides the content (e.g. information, names, names, photos, images, etc.), products and services available through the website “as is”.

α) This website is the official online store of the company “SWAN BEAUTY AND SPA” with the registered office “SWAN BEAUTY AND SPA”. All the content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.
b) Any copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of derivative works or misleading the public about the actual provider of the content of the website is prohibited. Any reproduction, republication, republishing, uploading, posting, distribution or transmission or any other use of the content in any manner or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of www.beautybrands.gr or any other legal owner of the aforementioned copyrights.
c) The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing beautybrands and/or its online store www.beautybrands.gr and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of beautybrands and/or www.beautybrands.gr and/or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property. In any case, their appearance and display on the website www.beautybrands.gr and on the beautybrands online store should not be construed in any way as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
5. User Liability
Users of the website www.beautybrands. gr website users accept that they will not use the company’s online store to send, publish, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, offensive, harassing, slanderous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, shows empathy, or expresses racial hatred, ethnic or other discrimination, may cause harm to minors in any way, is not entitled to be transmitted in accordance with the law or contractual or management relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements), infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party; contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip the operation of any software or computer hardware; intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU legislation and its provisions; may harass third parties in any manner and any content of any kind; or
6. Product Orders
Orders are accepted and executed only within Greece. Deliveries of orders are made daily except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
The prices listed are the final prices, i.e. VAT is included. Beautybrands.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers. In any case, however, the customer at the time of receipt of the product ordered will pay the price, which was indicated at the time of the order.
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive from beautybrands.gr by e-mail or telephone the confirmation of the order.
* The discount codes of BeautyBrands.gr refer only to products that are not already on offer in our e-shop.
7. Product delivery
Orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and large urban centers are delivered in 1 to 3 working days.
Orders in the rest of Greece are delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
Orders received on public holidays start to be delivered on the first working day after the last day of the holiday.
The above mentioned delivery times may be modified in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. transport workers’ strike, extreme weather conditions).
Explanation of product availability:
“Immediate pickup / Delivery 1 to 3 days” -> Refers to products that are available in the physical store and the consumer can obtain even without prior online purchase.
– “Delivery 1 to 3 days”
– “Delivery 4 to 10 days”
– “On request” (delivery within 30 days according to the current legal framework)
It is not possible to send orders outside Greece.
Orders are sent via the courier company ACS.
Customers, who do not receive products, which they have ordered, have been sent by courier and have been returned, cannot order again from beautybrands.gr except by deposit in a bank account of beautybrands.gr or payment by credit card plus the shipping and return costs of the first shipment.
All payments made using a card are processed through the “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
8. Product Warranty
Beautybrands.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of third-party products that are available to its customers, because the goods are received from their suppliers or their representatives or even from the manufacturers themselves packed in closed boxes with cellophane. In case of a defective or faulty product you must contact beautybrands.gr and since it is not your fault to replace the defective – faulty product. For defective or products that are different from the ones you ordered, www.beautybrands.gr will exchange them, while the shipping costs for the return will be free of charge.
9. Withdrawal/ Replacement/ Return of Products
The customer reserves the right to return or change the products purchased, without any compensation and without any obligation to communicate the reason for which he/she wishes to return or change the products, within (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection. In this case, the cost of returning the products will be charged.
Returns or changes will be accepted only if the products that the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been unsealed, used, or the packaging has been tampered with.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on products (e.g. perfumes, testers, creams, etc.) that do not have a protective film (cellophane) and cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges are accepted if the products are available, otherwise they are replaced with others of the same cost. In all other cases, returns will not be accepted.
In general, any return of products is made only by telephone at 2831051828 or by sending to the official e-mail of the company info@beautybrands.gr.
In case of return of products, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer and the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase, will be completed within 10 days from the date that beautybrands.gr will receive the returned products. The shipping cost of the returned products is borne by the buyer. The return will be made by crediting the customer’s bank account, in any Greek bank account, which will be notified to info@beautybrands.gr in a timely manner and with an official document of the bank, in order to verify the correctness of the account and the name of the beneficiary.
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by means of Directive 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside his/her professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he/she can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-European platform for the electronic dispute resolution (EDR platform) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage .
10. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
This contract of use is governed by Greek law. The courts of Rethymnon, Crete, shall have jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the interpretation and application of this contract of use. If for any reason a term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other terms of this agreement shall not be affected.
